$95 per person
Discover the beauty of working with porcelain in this relaxed, hands-on ceramics workshop with Natalie Harris of Grace Ellen Ceramics, presented as part of the Heritage Hands Sandgate Festival.
Using traditional hand-building techniques, you’ll shape your own mug, add a handle and create a piece full of personal character. Explore soft curves, organic shapes and the lovely imperfections that make handmade ceramics special.
No experience is needed, and all clay, tools and guidance are included.
What you’ll create
A handmade porcelain mug, shaped and personalised by you.
Following the workshop, your mug will be taken to Natalie’s Bulimba studio to dry and be bisque fired. Collection details will be provided after the workshop.
An optional follow-up glazing class will be available at an additional cost, allowing you to glaze your mug and have it fired for everyday use.
