Across Australia, many traditional crafts, trades and cultural practices are disappearing. Heritage Hands exists to document, honour and celebrate these artisans – but this work can only continue with support from people who value handmade knowledge and cultural preservation.
There are several meaningful ways you can help ensure these stories are recorded and shared…
Heritage Hands – Volume One is a 92-page, limited-edition coffee table book documenting seven artisans working across traditional crafts including umbrella making, wig making, bookbinding, antique restoration, whip making, chocolate making and natural dyeing.
